Yoga Club «Element» presents 26-27 May 2012 Nada Baba workshop:

Most efficient tantric practices for spiritual self-realisation.

This program is based on ancient hidden Siddha techniques adapted to the conditions of modern life, and the effect will be noticeable as early as during several first classes.

Both theoretical and practical parts of the workshop do not require any special training level, i.e. all exercises and techniques can be studied and practiced «from scratch». Nevertheless, most of the program is a powerful revelation even for those who refer oneself to as «yoga teacher».

There is only one restriction on attending this workshop: a participant must be 18 years old.
It is desirable to bring along an easy, comfortable, loose clothing made of natural fabrics, handkerchief or napkins, notebook and pen for notes, and optionally a 108 bead Mala.

Day 1 (26 May)
10.00 – 11.30 Introductory lecture on Tantra and Yoga
11.30 – 13.00 Primary practices for harmonising 5 elements
13.00 – 14.00 Lunch
14.00 – 15.30 Lecture on the most powerful instruments of Tantra and Yoga
15.30 – 17.00 Test use of these instruments

Day 2 (27 May)
10.00 – 11.30 Lecture about all forms of energy
11.30 – 13.00 Initial practices for working with energy forms
13.00 – 14.00 Lunch
14.00 – 15.30 Lecture on deep Meditation
15.30 – 17.00 The practice of entering into a deep meditation

 

Additional individual counselling for those who wish are available after the workshop.

Entrance fee - by 10 May – 2800 RUB, by 25 May – 3000 RUB, on arrival – 3500 RUB. Visiting one day only – 1800 RUB.

Teternikov Lev Ivanovich (born 1941 in Ural) — Master of modern Yoga, the founder of the author’s Rational Yoga School, called «The Art of Loving» since 2004.

International Teacher, taught in the U.S., Germany and Switzerland. Certified teacher of Kripalu Yoga Center since 1991.

Reiki Master-Instructor since 1998. Prepared 5 Masters-Instructors. Initialised to the I – III Reiki level more than 1000 people.

Author and presenter of the project «Man and Woman: Love, a partnership, a family», the author of books and original methods of Hatha Yoga and Yoga with a Partner (Pair Yoga) as a special case of Hatha Yoga practice.

The author of the new «neotantric» trend with a New Age style. The originality of the approach lies in soldering of Yoga methods and techniques with Tantra. A concept of Kundalini Awakening and harmonisation of relationships between Man and Woman is central to the practices.

Since 2000 the initiator and co-organiser of the open All-Russian Yoga conferences (Yoga Meeting), which assemble Yoga teachers from Russia and Ukraine. The purpose of the conferences: attunement of understanding and views on Yoga, coordination of joint actions and direct exchange of experience via participation in workshops of different masters.

Since 1988 Lev Teternikov participated in the process of Yoga «legalisation» in the USSR, organised the USSR Association of Yoga and had been pursuing a policy of Yoga popularisation in Russia and Ukraine.
